Isla with her beloved fetch it ball
Hey Don,
Here’s a photo of Isla during one of our fetch it sessions this week. I have to tell her to stop at some point (she loves retrieving). The other day she did 2,500 yards of retrieving back to back and wasn’t even really breathing hard. Decided to shut it down though with our favorite morning command (I like it too!), “breakfast time!”.
Cheers,
Bruce

Enjoyed the East Coast trail with Roxy!
Hey Don!
Yesterday we enjoyed a 7K hike along the East Coast trail with Roxy! She had a great time and enjoyed going through all the water and bog! She was rotten, but very happy :) I attached some pics of us on the hike! My oldest son, Connor, is in the pics. Nothing better than a boy and his dog ❤️ He loves her so much!

Roxy update
Hey Don!
How's the weather in NS? We had 1 week of nice weather and have had nothing but rain, drizzle and fog ever since! Here are some recent pics of Roxy! She finished her 1st heat cycle (I didn't think it would ever end hahaha) then for almost a week all she did was mope around the house, stayed away from everyone, picked at her food, etc. she wasn't herself at all! It was almost like she was depressed :( but then she came right around and she's fine ever since. Is that normal? I have to say, she's the BEST!! I never really knew what good temperament was until we got her! She amazes me with how good she is! We got her into the pond for her first dip in the water. She LOVED it!! She made me nervous cause when she got in, she just swam and swam! She kept going! My husband got in after her cause I was afraid something would happen! But she loved it so much!
She also enjoys being in the yard and me throwing a tennis ball! We were out for over a half hour this evening at it and she's now 4 paws up snoring away :) We live in a subdivision, a lot of kids around and traffic going by all the time. So I have a 30 foot leash for her that I put on her, just in case! Hope all is well on your end! Any new puppies?
Take Care

Miss Magg's update!
Hi Don,
Well we are in love with Magg that is for sure! She is doing great in her first week here. We are so pleased with her!
So far she has only had one accident in the house (my fault I didn’t catch it soon enough! haha), comes when she’s called, sits, and goes to her crate when asked (most of the time when we are standing near it haha). But that is all we have been working on as her little body gets pretty tired easily. When she is not sleeping in the crate she has found a favourite spot under our rocking chair. We will keep the photos coming! :)

The two Puck sons
These are the two Puck and Liz sons that I donated for the PTSD service dog program. Thunder is on the left (whom I kick myself on a daily basis for not having kept as a show prospect!) and Kitt is on the right. Apparently they are super stars in the program so far. Kitt has learned over 30 "behaviours" (these would be actions trained to do...so basic obedience as well as cued indications...and that's about all I understand of it!). Not sure of thunder's number but the comments are that they are super trainable and have wonderful temperaments. Liz wants to take all of the credit but I keep reminding her that she looks at me like a dumb blonde when I say "DOWN"...so likely Puck had a lot to do with the puppies being "smart", LOL!!!
