Happy Birthday to Merlin
Happy Birthday to Merlin and the crew and happy first batch for Puck!
He's a happy boy now: lots of exercise today and snuggles now with his mother while we get set for the game!

Bigby update
Hi Don,
Just wanted to keep you up to date on Bigby. Hard to believe the guy is six years old now. The only way you'd know is from the gray. He's still as happy and bright eyed as ever.
I can wait to get him out swimming this summer!

New picture of Drew
Drew at home after passing her Canine Good Neighbour. She'll be nine months in a few more days, and I'm very proud of her.
I'm not sure what to focus on next, but we will continue to practice the fundamentals.
Max at 12 weeks
Hi Don,
Max is doing well, he's growing so fast I can't believe it! He was at the
vet last week for his needle and he was 19.4 lbs, so he's doubled his weight
since the day we got him. He's eating well, sometimes I think he would eat
the whole house if you let him. He's trained to pee and poop outside, for
over a week for sure now. I can't believe how fast he caught on. I was
consistent with letting him out frequently so I'm sure that helped. He loves
to bite and chew... As all puppies do. I won't be sad when he stops biting!
I bring him for a short walk usually every day. We were at the cabin for
Easter, he loved it up there. Lots of area and got to meet a couple of other
dogs who he enjoyed playing with. Lots of kids around.. He loves people.
He's learned to sit and give paw so far.... Trying to work on some more
little tricks for him to learn :) all in all, he's a great dog and we are
loving him. I'll send a few pictures :)

Merlin update
Hawaii was AMAZING! If I was rich i'd live there. There were plenty of labs around so i'm sure Merlin would have no trouble adjusting to the pacific ocean!
I think he missed me though lol
His ear is cleared up, it was yeast that was the culprit.

Dive! Dive! Dive!
And the incredible thing is that he was finding the rock that I threw in every time, rolled it to shallower water, picked it up and gave it to me lol
At first I thought it was just pure luck but he repeated this about 6-7 times.
Lots of fun today. First time out in the river this year. Water was freezing but we had loads of fun

Sady is doing great!!!
Sady is doing great!!! She's my constant companion :)
We also get a ton of compliments on how beautiful she is...and in the school yard she is by FAR the most well behaved dog, even though she's the only pup!!! She weighed in at 52lbs today...a lightweight compared to the boys lol!!!
One of these pics is from a couple of days ago in the lake by our house...first dip of the spring!! Another pic is from a couple of months ago with our son, but they still cuddle like this. And the last is from today.
Thanks for sharing and Happy Easter to all of you!!!
Shauna :)
Nya at 11 Weeks
Just wanted to let you know that Nya had her “Welcome Puppy” vet visit. She was weighed (15lbs) and the vet looked her over, clipped her claws and gave her/me a gift bag with a puppy blanket and puppy care book. She was so excited and overstimulated she wouldn’t sit still for much else. She did get her shots and they gave me the follow-up deworm pill to give her on the 19th. She is a very healthy, happy and active puppy.
She’s doing great!

Nya
Hi there!
I just wanted to let you know that Nya is doing great. She loves attention! She has grown a little bit since she got here, she’s 11 lbs now. Nya’s philosophy is “everything is chewable until I decide otherwise”. Everyone just loves her!
Take care,
Susan.

Bones at 7 weeks
Hello Don,
Bones chewing on a bone.....too cute..... he's very happy and oh smart too, must be good breeding!!! Seriously, he takes commands very well, as young as he is it is fantastic how fast he learns..........
Our 2 year old black lab "Allie" has been amazing (and just to say, she is a great dog, can't tell you how many compliments we get about her).........she's been very tolerant, having a puppy in her territory jumping at her like he does....
Ron and I are very happy to have two great dogs
Thanks
Lisa
