Ireland pt 2

A few of Ireland. We hiked over 120km of the Dingle Way: wonderful!! Heading home tomorrow - can't wait to squat Merlin!!

Noah at Woofstock

Hi Don

 

This afternoon, Noah went to Woofstock to participate in the CKC Legends

exhibit featuring the Canadian breeds. Although it was very hot and very

crowded he wS a good boy and we had lots of fun!

 

They had a booth set up showing all the Canadian breeds and people get to

see them and can talk about them.

 

Then they had a display on the main stage where a CKC rep described each

breed and he was actually very knowledgeable lol then each one of us got to

talk about our dog and what we do with them. Then of course people came up

to meet them as well. Noah just loved that.

Zarah update

Greetings Nova Scotians!

A guy driving past us today stopped on the street to say how beautiful Zarah was.

11 years young this year and she is like a puppy still!

Ruger update

Ruger went to the lake on Sat she played in the lake and went for her first boat ride, she did great in the boat, but she caught a bug from something and than got the poopies really bad so today she went to the vet for the day, they couldn't find anything in the tests.

I see Dot/Puck are at it again! Very cute :)

Ireland is good so far. A healthy mixture of NL and the Cabot Trail. 60km hiked in 3 days - Merlin would have loved to hike with me. TONS of farms, there are more sheep than people! Weather is holding its own. Here are a few pics.

Brie update

Brie (from Bella/Storm) loves this duck... It got catch in a tree yesterday and I thought she
was going to climb the tree....
When we got the duck out of the tree....Brie took the duck and buried it....

Nya is doing great!

Nya at 14 weeks

Pat/Storms litter at 48 hrs

Only two left, a yellow female and a black female.

I have no explanation but whenever there is a litter of two colours, they will most often separate themselves by colour!! They can’t even see but they surely can. What is even more remarkable to me is that they even want to.

Gary and Wilson had a great weekend!

Hi Don,

Over this weekend Ch. Driftwood's Wilson( Son of Ch. Doindogs Chelsea Marie and Grandson of Ch Doindogs Rose) won best Lab in  Show(Best of Breed) 4 times - every Show!

 

He won Best  Dog overall in the Sporting Group 2 times and competed in the Class for Best in Show twice.

He also won a second place and a third place overall in the Sporting Group.

 

He won 21 points over the weekend and  is a new CKC Grand Champion.

 

He had quite a weekend at the Moncton Shows!
