Ayce (pics)
Don,
Ayce is doing great. I have snapped a couple of pictures today so you can see how much he is growing. He loves to see the kids get home every day off the bus so he can get out for a run with them. Now that school is over he is in his glory and is on the go even more. Lots of playing in the backyard, chasing balls or taking a walk around the rest of the farm. As you can see from some of the photos he loves his sticks and around the farm there is no shortage of those wherever he goes. A couple weeks ago we had him down to the beach in Parrsboro where he really discovered how much he loves the water. I unfortunately forgot my camera that day as he had a great time getting in the water to fetch the ball. He was not sure about going deep enough so that he would need to swim but he would run and jump around with the water up to his chest. Looking forward to next trip to see what happens then. I will get some photos then and send along.
Thanks and talk with you soon!

Pat (Canine Good Neighbour)
I took Pat and It to the Canine Good Neighbour "CGN" test in New Minas yesterday, they both qualified. They have each qualified three times in obedience, thus completing the requirements for the Companion Dog title. You can now show the titles of CD CGN after each of their registered names. It has 2 show points, I will probably continue her pursuit of the CH title. Pat isn't a show dog but she surely is a beauty!

Gary entered Chelsea in the PEI show
Gary entered Chelsea in the PEI show held last weekend, the judges were from Australia and New Zealand. Kim PENNIE handled her and won another two points. She only requires one more point for her Canadian Show Champion title, "CH". Her next show will be in Canning this weekend. She is only one year old and is drawing very favourable comments about her looks and temperament. Kim has become one of her biggest fans!
This is Oka (pics)
Not exactly the greatest of pictures, but I only had my phone with me
to take them! Note which one of us is actually IN the water! Perhaps
he'll develop into a water baby later?

Hillandales Samantha Driftwood (breeding)
I have a breeder friend in N.B. Gary FALOON who sent his female, "Hillandales Samantha Driftwood" aka Maggie, to for breeding in 2004. I bred her with Jet and he kept one of the resulting pups, "Hillandales Maggie Mae". Gary has sent Maggie Mae to me for breeding and I bred her today with Puddleducks Artic Storm. She should have blacks and yellows around 20th of August. Gary can be contacted at RGFaloon@coxandpalmer.com. I have attached a copy of her CKC Registration Certificate and her PennHIP report.

Coop (pics)
Hi Don,
So I finally have a collection of pics to show you of Coop. He is the darling of the whole street, everyone is in love with him. Of course, I expected nothing less from an offspring of Bella and Storm. This is just a sample.
Thanks again Don,
Ken

Gem's CKC Hunt Test
Hi Don,
Gem went two for three at a CKC Hunt Test in Kamloops a week ago. We need two more for her senior title then on to her Masters next season. She is a very popular dog in our retriever circles and at a recent Evan Graham seminar we participated in Evan remarked that " Gem is aptly named, can I have her ?! " So as I improve as a handeler so does Gem's performances. The young dogs have earned their JH titles, placed at some field trial picnic events and are running well. They have good basics and solid obediance. Any ways take care and thanks for creating our Gem.

High In Class
It and I got High In Class today at the South Shore Kennel Clubs show in Lununburg. This is the third time she has qualified in Novice B; giving her the title of CD. I had her also entered in conformation where she was the winner of the females, earning 1 point.
